WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
From Foundation to Full Routine.
Week One
Conditioning & Technique
Knight conditioning, blade grip, body positioning, balance, core endurance, and foundational movement patterns.
Week Two
Technique & Flow
Blade control refinement, direction changes, rhythm, musicality, and connected transitions.
Week Three
Flow & Choreography
Larger routine sections, group synchronization, expression, musicality, and performance presence.
Week Four
Finishing Touches
Full routine run-throughs, precision, performance confidence, and bonus content shoot preparation.
EQUIPMENT
What You Need to Move
One instructor-approved traditional Tai Chi-style practice blade is included with your four-week Blade & Body experience. Optional accessories may enhance your conditioning and recovery work — but you do not need to purchase anything to attend.
Practice Blade
One instructor-approved Tai Chi-style training blade is provided. Use only approved equipment in class. Outside blades must be reviewed and cleared by the instructor before use.
Yoga Mat
May be used during select conditioning, mobility, and recovery portions. Not required unless the instructor notifies you in advance.
Resistance Bands
Light or medium bands may complement certain conditioning segments. Optional unless otherwise communicated before class.
Participants may bring their own:
- Yoga mat
- Light or medium resistance bands
- Water bottle
- Small workout towel
Approved yoga mats, resistance bands, and additional practice accessories may also be available through the Blade & Body Shop.
